• Burro – 25g
  • 2 Uova
  • Farina (tipo 0 o 00) – 125g
  • Lievito per dolci – Q.b.
  • Latte intero fresco – 200ml
  • Zucchero – 15g


  • Miele al Tartufo Bianco – Q.b.
  • Crumble di biscotti


To prepare the pancakes, first divide the yolks from the whites and whisk them until stiff. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar with a hand whisk.

Add the melted butter, the milk a little at a time and mix everything together.

Add the baking powder and the sifted flour, little by little. Continue to mix until a you obtain a creamy mixture.

At the end add the whites whipped until stiff and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.

Place a non-stick pan with a knob of butter over medium heat. Bake each pancake for about 2-3 minutes, then turn it with a spatula until it becomes golden brown.

Serve the pancakes on a flat or rectangular plate, and garnish everything with the White Truffle Honey. Decorate, if you want, with biscuit crumble.
