Two more gold medals at the International Chocolate Awards
Trifulòt Pistacchio and Cardamomo were awarded with the Gold Medal at the London International 2017 World Final of the International Chocolate Award.
It was a long road to get to the London finals, where only the winners of the 12 continental selections participated. The competitions are held in a growing number of countries and regions around the world, including France, Great Britain, the USA, Germany, Scandinavia, Belgium, North and South America, Asia/Pacific and other locations, with an increasing number of competitions added each year.
The Awards were founded in 2012, and includes a jury that with the widest range of experts, tasters, pastry makers, food journalists, bloggers, sommeliers, and chefs, as well as the permanent Grand Jury.
