The Gardenia restaurant with Tartuflanghe at Artissima

From 2 to 5 November, the one Michelin-starred Gardenia restaurant will bring local cuisine with original, sophisticated and creative flair to Artissima, the largest modern art fair in Italy.

Experimentation and research are values ​​shared by Artissima and Chef Mariangela Susegan, who created a rich menu for the event with some of the products from Tartuflanghe's creative laboratory. It features a floral and vegetable-based cuisine whose appetizers include Fassone beetroot, Tartuflanghe anchovy Perlage®, hunchback cardoons and herbs.

Among the first courses is an interesting risotto made with Carnaroli Gran Reserva rice, pumpkin, licorice, Tartuflanghe dehydrated Blue Noh2o® cheese together with traditional dishes such as plin and Piedmontese agnolotti with roast veal sauce, with main courses of and a traditional Fassone rump, Nebbiolo sauce, vegetables, and fish-based and vegetarian offerings.
