The new facilities
We have recently renowned and doubled the production area and the store. Our premises are now developed on 6500 sqm. and we can welcome our guests in a brand new Show Room with a Tasting Room and Professional Kitchen. It is possible to visit the company: we welcome groups upon reservation, from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 50 people.
The visit is made up of two moments: the guided visit to the kitchen and workshops, where we prepare the handmade pasta, the sauces, the condiments, where we select the truffles and the chocolate atelier, where it is possible to see the chocolate production. The visit lasts about 40 minutes. The guided tasting of our specialties in the show room, where we offer a buffet of our products: Parmigiano Reggiano cream with truffle, Salmon cream with truffle, Creamy cod fish with Taggiascan olives, local cheese to go with Acacia honey with white truffle and Fig chutney with balsamic vinegar from Modena, Moscato wine cream and our renowned sweet truffles. All these specialties are offered with a glass of local red wine (Dolcetto d’Alba or Nebbiolo d’Alba) and water. The tasting lasts about 40 minutes. It is possible to organize a truffle hunt with the truffle hunter and its hound in our “tartufaia”, a woodland where we harvest the black truffle under some ancient oak trees. The truffle hunter will tell you about the secrets and show you the skills required in this ancient and mysterious hunt.
