Tartuflanghe will be attending the 34th Anuga Food Fair 2017, held at the Koelnmesse in Cologne from the 7-11 October, at the Stand B-40a Hall 11.2.

Tartuflanghe is delighted to be exhibiting a range of their most iconic products. At a fair where innovations come to shine, Tartuflanghe will be bringing new products such as Truffleggs, quail eggs with truffles, the Must Chips, chips with honey mustard and white truffle or the 3 new Trifulòt: White with no added sugar, Dark with no added sugars and te matcha as well as the prized Pesto Powder and Truffle Perlage.

Important trade-fair for food and beverages, anuga is a bi annual event, attended by approximately 160,000 visitors, with more than 7,000 exhibitors from over 100 countries taking part. The most important national and international brands for food and beverage will be showcasing their products, resulting in the world’s largest range of produce and the No1 trading place. Making it the ideal exhibition to discover the latest and most innovative creations. At this five day event there are “10 specialized trade shows under one roof”, including Fine Food, Organic, Culinary Concept, Meat, Chilled & Fresh Food, demonstrating the diversity of the Food and Beverage industry. In addition these are extended by ten Trend themes such as Halal Food, Vegan Food and Health & Functional Food that present what is in demand and where the future is heading. The fair is accompanied by a range of events: high level conferences and lectures, special shows and evening events, which provide comprehensive information and many opportunities. One of the conferences is the Innovation Food Conference, by the German institute of food technology, this year with the motto “Discovering Megatrends in Food”.
