Tartuflanghe and JRE Jeunes Restaurateurs Italia, an important gastronomic partnership

The partnership agreement between Tartuflanghe and JRE Jeunes Restaurateurs Italy was signed in 2017, an association that brings together the best and youngest representatives of Italian gastronomy.

A union of views and sharing of important values, focused on an inexhaustible creativity and respect of local culinary heritage form the basis of this initiative between Tartuflanghe and JRE Italy.

JRE is an association that was founded in France in the mid-seventies. Today, there are more than 350 restaurants and 160 hotels in total, located in 16 countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. It look towards the future and the memory of all things genuine and fragrant: these are the two sides of JRE Italy that have made it a landmark in the culture of national cuisine.

The Italian national meeting will be held on 2 and 3 April in Stresa, where new members of the association will be presented. Tartuflanghe wishes new members and associates a 2017 dedicated to the development of the culture food and wine, and the continuation of the privileged route that links producers and restaurateurs in terms of memory, territory, innovation and creativity.
