Tartuflanghe and Andrea Larossa for Longino Quality First

The Quality First event of the renowned company from Pogliano Milanese will take place on Monday, 6 February, in Milan, where chef Andrea Larossa of the Larossa di Alba restaurant will experiment with Tartuflanghe products.

Longino & Cardenal and Tartuflanghe are companies that represent points of reference for quality Italian food services, for which the Quality First exhibition is an important event for discovery and sharing.

Andrea Larossa will not only take his recipes to the cooking show at the Kitchen Aid space at 13:00, but he will also be present throughout the day at the Tartuflanghe space.. Born in 1980 with origins from Lazio and Basilicata, he and his partner Patrizia opened the restaurant with the iconic red door in the centre of Alba. He has worked alongside great chefs, including Chef Cracco in Milan and chef Kondo at Locanda del Pilone, in the capital of the Langhe.

The chef will star in a cooking show where the truffle will be explored in all of its facets, with a dish created specially for the occasion: carnaroli in black truffle water, honeyed snails with white truffles and truffle perlage.

He will offer three tastings throughout day: tongue with powdered bagnetto verde and anchovy perlage, old cow that strolls through the corn fields and creamed saltwater cod with Resin beans with double consistency pesto.
The mastery of this young chef will enhance the passion seen in the world of gastronomy, through the quality of rare and exquisite food.
