Silver Medal and Bronze Medal for Trifulot Peanut and Cardamom
The prestigious jury of the World Finals of the International Chocolate Awards in London awarded the Peanut Trifulot and Cardamom Trifulot with the silver and bronze medals.
The Peanut Trifulòt and Cardamom Trifulòt have earned a new international recognition. The small, sweet truffles created in our workshop and already appreciated all over the world have received the highest award from the jury of the International Chocolate Awards for the second time.
After passing the demanding European semi-finals and earning the silver medal, the two Trifulòts earned two other medals at the London finale, where finalists worldwide were invited to participate.
Their winning features of originality, quality and taste gained recognition. The Cardamom Trifulòt won the bronze medal in the “Nut based pralines with white chocolate” category for its unexpected pairing of flavors and balanced taste, while the brand new Peanut Trifulòt instead gained recognition in the “Nut based pralines with milk chocolate” category for its unique texture and the selection of raw materials and quality ingredients, which earned it the silver medal.
It is reinterpreting the classical recipe from the Langhe, that pairs Hazelnuts from Piedmont and chocolate, that Trifulòt, the sweet truffle praline, were born. Created for in our chocolate atelier in 2005, we were the first company to transform the traditional 14 g size giving birth to the Mini Sweet Truffle: a delicious chocolate tidbit in 7g.
