Cut the cheeses into slices on a flat plate or tray. An advice: arrange them putting first the soft ones and then the more aged ones.

Garnish, if you want, with pear slices and crumbled walnuts. Decorate the dish with the White Truffle Honey, using a simple coffee spoon.
