Sardine in “La Cala” hot sauce

Traditional roasted Mediterranean sardines, hand-picked and gutted. They are matured for 6 months and then preserved in La Cala hot sauce, giving them an unmistakable aroma and flavour reminiscent of the Mediterranean and Sea of Japan.
