Aperitif sauce “Cala Diabla” – crisps and cockles

A Mexican-style sauce created by Albert Adrià’s team. Serve it with crisps, roast meats and omelettes or let your imagination run wild. Mild at first, its flavour gradually builds up. Dilute it with mayonnaise to create a sauce with varying degrees of spice.
