Our new products for 2017

The TuttoFood fair is set to begin on 8 May in Rho, as the most important event dedicated to the food industry. We will be present at stand D11-D13 in Pavilion 7 to present our numerous new products.

We decided to give prominence to the category of products for the aperitif, enlarging the line of gourmet chips with Must Chips, finely seasoned chips with our honey mustard with white truffle.

A brand new product, Truffleggs, is our version of the traditional dish of quail eggs with white truffle, and quail eggs with prized black truffle juice: it is a temptation for veritable connoisseurs.
To end on a sweet note are three new Trifulòt: two are reinterpretations of the classic black and white Trifulòt with no added sugar, while another is a version that gives a nod to the East with Matcha tea.

To enhance these new creations that lend themselves to haute cuisine we will be accompanied, each day by various chefs who have made special preparations with our new products.

On 08 May, we will be accompanied by Chef Fulvio Siccardi, a cooking consultant for multiple restaurants, such as Da Noi in Milan, Villa Tiboldi in Canale d’Alba and the Ape wine bars of Santo Stefano and Alba. On Tuesday the 9th, we will be joined by Giuseppe Iannotti from the restaurant Kresios of Telese Terme, while on Wednesday the 10th by Andrea Larossa of the Larossa restaurant in Alba.

Creative recipes with an unmistakable touch will accompany the discovery of our new products along a path firmly rooted in the extraordinary territory of Langhe and Roero, which winds through innovative trails as well as the personal interpretations of these talents in the kitchen.

The new lines of exclusively distributed brands will also be presented: Caviaroli, La Cala-by Albert Adrià and Droplets – by Javier de las Muelas. These are companies with which Tartuflanghe shares its core values ​​of being innovative, cutting-edge and preserving tradition, with an undisputed quality of and respect for ingredients.

For the first time, Tartuflanghe exclusively brings the products of “La Cala” by Albert Adrià to Italy, one of the international icons of cuisine. The launch of the brand in Italy will take place from 8 to 14 May 2017 in the “best department store in the world” of 2016, the centrally-located Rinascente in Piazza Duomo in Milan.
