November 13th, We Love Truffle with Italia Squisita at the Excelsior Gallia Hotel in Milan
The white truffle of Alba is the star of the evening on November 13, organised in collaboration with Italia Squisita at the Excelsior Gallia Hotel in Milan.
Enrico and Roberto Cerea alongside brothers Vincenzo and Antonio Lebano, will host fifteen chefs to enjoy and have fun with the rarest and most precious ingredient: the Tuber Magnatum Pico! This charity event, whose proceeds will be donated to the Bertini Foundation, will see great Italian chefs and pastry chef on the gastronomic scene to create dishes devoted to the autumn season. The evening will also host guest Paolo Casagrande of Lasarte, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona, upon his return from Hong Kong where the tenth edition of Aria di Alba just ended, the international gourmet event that brings the white truffle to the best restaurants in the world.
