Truffle perlage
|
The “Perlage di tartufo” (Truffle Perlage) is a new product of Tartuflanghe.
It is made with truffle juice (obtained directly from the cooking of the Black Winter Truffle - Tuber Melanosporum) that is transformed into small pearls. It looks exactly like Caviar, but it taste like truffle.
