Cooking instruction
Ingredients for 6 people : 1 package lasagna noodles 180g Tartuflanghe Gorgonzola and walnut cream 150g fresh sausage (salsiccia) 100 g fresh mozzarella 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated salt and freshly ground pepper. Preparation: Cut the sausage in little pieces. In a little skillet, cook the sausage with 2 tblsp olive oil and add after 2 minutes 2 tbsp of water. Preheat oven to 180°C. Boil water for pasta. Add salt, and cook lasagna until al dente. Drain; dry on paper towels or clean dish towels. To assemble lasagna: Spread 1 ladle of gorgonzola cream on bottom of lasagna dish. Make one layer with noodles. Top with 1/3 meat, 1/3 of Gorgonzola Cheese cream, 1/3 mozzarella and 1/3 Parmigiano. Repeat twice more until you have 3 layers. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until top is browned. Serves 6
