Ingredients for 4 people: 1kg mussels extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic glove 500g tomato pulp Sugo Scarpetta by Tartuflanghe Salt Pepper Preparation: Wash the mussels. In a large pot, warm 3 tbs. extra virgin olive oil and the garlic glove. Add the tomato pulp, salt pepper, the scarpetta sauce and the mussels. Cook them until they open and serve them while hot.
