Ingredients for 4 people: 1 lamb leg 80g butter 80g pancetta (Italian bacon) 1/2 wine vinegar 1/2 glas white wine sage rosmary 4 garlic gloves olive oil salt pepper Preparation: wrap the leg with the pancetta, adding the sage and the rosmary. Brush the leg with the olive oil, place it in a pyrez dish with melted butter, adding salt and pepper. Add the garlic and the rosmary. Pour the vinegar and the wine. Cook in the pre-heated oven at 200°C for about half an hour. Turn the meat after 15 minuts and brush it with the cooking sauce. Serve white hot with a tbs. cognà aside.
