Ingredients for 4 people: 2 duck breasts 1 tbs raspberry (or honey) vinegar 4 shallots 80 g Tartuflanghe white truffle honey Preparation: Cook the breasts for 10 minuts putting the skin side down. Leave some fat and cook the other side for another 10 minutes. Place the breasts apar. Chop the shallots and place them in the same saucepan. Add vinegar and white truffle honey. Cook the shallots until caramellized. Place the duck breasts i the same pan and warm them up. Cut them in slices and serve the meat with the sauce on top.
