Ingredients for 4 people: 3 tbs. normal butter 4 beef flank steaks 1 tbs. “Bouquet” Tartuflanghe Truffle Butter salt and freshly ground pepper Preparation: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the normal butter. Season the flank steaks with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet. Sauté until the steaks are cooked through. Serve the steaks immediately with 1 teasp. truffle butter on top.
