Cooking instruction
Ingredients 250g flour type 00 150g butter 1 jar Crema di Moscato by Tartuflanghe 150g sugar 1.5 tbs yeast 2 eggs 2 Golden apples Sultana Rhum br> Preparation: Mix the eggs with the sugar and the melted butter. Add the flour and then the yeast.Allow the mixing to rest in the fridge foe half an hour. In the meantime, re-hydrate the sultana in the rhum and cut the apples into little cubes.In al little pot, cook the apples and the sultana in 2 tbs water, until creamy. Pre-heat the oven at 180°. Reduce the dough to a thin sheet and make some discs with a glass. In the centre of each disc, put 1 teasp of apple cream and close the dough in shape of a raviolo. Bake the cookies for about 20 minutes, until golden bown. Serve the cookies with 1 tbs Moscato Cream on top.
