Ingredients for 4 people 1 pound (500 gr)pencil thinasparagus 1 clove garlic peeled 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil salt and ground pepper 1 jar of Fondue Cheese with Truffle 180gr Preparation: Preheat owen to 200°C (400°F), break off tough ends of the asparagus, and arrange the spears in a large baking dish. Add the garlic, and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in the owen for about 10 to 15 minutes or untill tender. Warm the Cheese Fondue in a pot for 2-3 minutes untill liquid. Toss the asparagus with Cheese Fondue, serve hot. It serve 4 people
