Tartuflanghe's Recipes
Truffle and ham on toastAppertizer
Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people: 1/4 lb ham 4 square slices of white bread 1 tbsp of Tartuflanghe's Bouquet: Butter with Truffle 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated pepper
Cooking instruction
Preparation: Lightly butter each slice of bread and place in a medium oven for a few minutes until golden. Mince the ham and spread it on the bread. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Melt the rest of the butter and the Bouquet and pour it on top. Return the crostini to the oven for a few minutes. Arrange on a serving dish and sprinkle with pepper.
