Beef carpaccio with Black Winter Truffle

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 lb of beef eye of round, sliced paper-thin 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese juice of 1 lemon 1/3 cup olive oil salt and pepper 1 tbsp of Tartuflanghe's Black Truffle oil

Cooking instruction

Preparation: Have the butcher slice the beef for you, or freeze the eye of round for about 1 hour before slicing with a very sharp knife. Arrange the beef slices on a serving plate. Mix together the lemon juice, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp Tartuflanghe's truffle oil and pour over the meat. Cover shavings of Parmesan cheese.
