Ingredients for 4 people 8 slices home made bread 8 slices lardo (or strips of bacon) 1 tbs butter 190g Cheese Fondue by Tartuflanghe Preparation: Toast the bread. In the meantime, warm the Cheese Fondue in a little pot, until hot. Pour the Cheese fondue on the bread. Add the lardo on top. Serve hot.
