Ingredients for 4 people 4 whole fresh artichokes 100g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese 4-5 leaves of green salad salt and pepper lemon juice Oro in Cucina: extra virgin olive oil with White Truffle by Tartuflanghe Preparation: Leave the first leaves of the artichokes until the core of the vegetable. Cut the artichokes and the cheese into thin slices. add some drops of the lemon juice. Place the salad on the serving dish, add the artichokes and the Parmigiano cheese. Dress the salad with 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and 1/2 teasp Truffle oil.
