We select the most mature truffles with regular shape in order to propose you a top quality product. Our special processing technique keeps unchanged the truffle features and garantee 4 years of shelf life. Truffles preserved in water and salt and sterilised, in order to have the truffle out of the season, too. Beppe's 30 years experience and ability in truffle processing are here expressed at their best. Three precious Italian truffle varieties are available: the rare White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico), the black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) and the black winter truffle (Tuber melanosporum).
