The showroom and tasting hallIn Tartuflanghe's showroom there is a splendid display of products in our showcases; you can get to know and taste the specialities of the house, guided by the expertise of the owners: fonduta (melted cheese) with truffle, game patè with truffle, various typical Piedmontese cheeses with truffle, bagna caoda (roast peppers with anchovy) with truffle, all accompanied by a good glass of wine from the region's cellars (Arneis and Favorita, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo d'Alba and the celebrated Barolo). |
