The company's culinary workshops
You may visit Tartuflanghe's culinary workshops, where, thanks to
the imagination and experience of Domenica and Beppe, the company
founders, the first truffle pasta product in the world was created.
You will learn about the various processes involved in the preparation
of the prized White Alba Truffle and the Black Truffle:
the selection of the different species, washing, preservation and
transformation of the prized tubers into refined recipes.
Our gastronomic specialities are produced by hand, following ancient
traditional Piedmontese recipes.
The high quality of our products is guaranteed by tradition as well
as innovation, by means of careful selection of raw materials, a highly
professional standard during production phases and a rigorous attention
to hygiene standards.
