Beppe’s experience turned this rapport with the earth into a
refined research of pleasing combinations, while remaining true to
tradition and local production methods.
White truffles and subsequently all the speciality products from Tartuflanghe
have achieved acclaim at important tables all over the world, celebrating
fine friendship and prestigious occasions. Even when success came,
the imperative remained absolute: to emphasize with quality a work
which is derived from nature and its elements in order to create ever
more pleasing and original recipes.
